1. Returns Policy

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are eligible for Store Credit only

  • No refunds will be provided

  • A ₹80 return & reverse logistics fee will be charged per order

Important Conditions

  • Return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • With all tags intact

    • In original packaging with invoice

  • Product must not have:

    • Damage, stains, or defects caused after delivery

    • Missing embellishments or parts

Damaged / Missing Product

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Eligible for replacement only (no refund or store credit)

International Returns

  • Currently, free return shipping is not available for international orders

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Return request made after 3 days

  • Product is used, opened, or damaged due to misuse

  • Missing items from original package

  • Items purchased during sale or with store credit

  • Products from promotional/combo offers (no partial returns)

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Free gifts not included with return

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions
